If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/en/index.html). The Consumer Disputes Board is a neutral and independent settlement body. Before taking the matter to the consumer board for consideration, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-affairs/consumer-advisory-services/).
